Delivery Policy
The policies are valid for the website www.clixlogix.com, and it is understood that at the time of purchase of our services the customer accepts the terms, conditions, and delivery policies specified below.
This Delivery Policy (this “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you, a user (“you” or “your”) of our services (“the website”, “Clixlogix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that governs the delivery of services.
Clixlogix reserves the right to change or modify any policy contained in this agreement by reference at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion, and to determine whether and when any such changes apply to both existing or future clients. Any changes or modifications will be effective upon posting the revisions on the website. Your continued use of services following the posting of any changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes and modifications.
Acceptance of work
Upon the receipt of your order, the services will be performed according to the contract terms applicable to the services that you have purchased. The customer is obliged to provide the necessary information. Any error or lack of information in this regard will be the sole responsibility of the client. The client further agrees that any services requested outside the standard services will be deemed additional work. If the work is needed as a part of the existing project, then it may affect the time scale and overall delivery time of the project.
Delivery Policy
Post the approval, the services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you. You will receive an e-mail from us about the completion of the project or services. The estimated delivery time, timely and accurate completion of your obligations regarding the execution of services, the nature of services that you purchased, and the date of purchase may impact the delivery and timing of performance of the services.
Email notification is not required for the delivery to be considered complete. If you receive an e-mail from us, the receipt of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the service(s) you purchased.
Interruption of service
You hereby acknowledge and agree that Clixlogix will not be liable for any temporary delay, outages, or interruptions of services. Further, Clixlogix shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement, where such delay or failure results from any act of God or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
Maintenance
You hereby acknowledge and agree that Clixlogix reserves the right to temporarily suspend the services for the purposes of maintaining, repairing, or upgrading its system and network. We will use our best efforts to notify you of the pending maintenance however at no time under any obligation to inform you of such maintenance.
